Monthly or yearly?
Same plan either way. Yearly is billed once, up front, at ten months' price, so two months are free. To switch term or plan, sign in and pick the new one on this page; Stripe prorates the difference.
What if it is not for me?
If it is your first paid subscription, email support@plcflow.io within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions. After that, cancelling stops renewal at the end of the term you paid for.
Is a plan per person or per company?
Per account. Each account signs in with its own email and holds its own sessions, projects, and endpoints. For team seats or a self-hosted deployment, email us.
What does "endpoint stays up 7 days" mean?
An exposed session keeps its OPC UA endpoint for that long from the moment you expose it. When the window ends the endpoint is withdrawn; your session and project stay, and exposing again gives a fresh address and password. Integrator endpoints have no window. On every paid plan, an endpoint nobody has touched for 30 days (no browser open, no API call, no write from your SCADA) is withdrawn to free the port; reads alone do not count as activity yet.
What happens when I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your projects stay readable, downloadable, and deletable; creating or editing them needs a paid plan again. Where a lower plan holds fewer endpoints, you choose which ones to keep.
